Ceilidh Tree have been lucky enough to get to know the majority of ceilidh venues in London and we wanted to share some of our recommendations for places we’ve particularly enjoyed performing. Middle Temple Hall in Holborn is definitely up there with the best! Its a breathtaking Elizabethan hall offering scope for giant longways sets and ridiculous gallops! The acoustic is surprisingly good given the height of the ceiling too. We had an absolute blast providing the ceilidh, DJ set and lighting for Andrew and Claire’s wedding and were able to get some great footage of the dancing too – scroll down to see Riverside (the one with the wave) in action.
